  • The larger wood clad barn is heated with natural gas and has a cupola in the ceiling; one overhead door and one barn door that slides.
  • The smaller barn with concrete slab houses the Detroit Diesel back-up generator that will run the entire house. This barn is also heated, one overhead garage door.
  •  Horse barn. The horse barn can be found on the north portion of the property and is complete with electric, water, and turnouts.

Water Rights 

Adjudicated extensive water rights from the Brown Brothers Ditch and include 1/3 cfs from the Pine Ridge Irrigation (#2 Priority).  The Pine Ridge Ditch is the highest ditch on the property and is referred to as the “Upper Ditch” which is used to irrigate the upper field. There are two ponds (both lined).  The larger pond is used for storage and the automated pump system calls water from the small pond used to irrigate.  The ponds provide water for the fire hydrant on property for added fire protection.
